Delta Coaching was borne out of a passion to help others achieve their goals in a clear and nurtured way, offering two services;
1- Personal and Business Coaching
2- Consultancy - focused on addressing race health inequalities

As a leadership and coaching professional, I am dedicated to providing effective supervision, coaching, mentoring, and appraisals tailored to both business and personal needs.
Coaching sessions typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours, and we can schedule them as frequently as you’d like. They can take place either virtually or in person. As a qualified coach who continues to build my paid coaching portfolio, my fee is £150 per session.
The direction of each session is led by you. You can share your focus areas with me ahead of time, or we can use the session to explore how you'd like to use the time.
My commitment to you as your coach is to be honest, supportive, and challenging, while also providing space for reflection. I firmly believe that coaching offers you the precious gift of time to focus solely on yourself. Sessions can sometimes be intense and enlightening, so I recommend you take some time to reflect after our meeting before diving back into your day’s activities.
As a Barefoot Coach, I have access to a range of tools and techniques that can facilitate reflection and help frame our conversations. With your permission, I may incorporate these into our sessions as needed.
Coaching sessions are your unique space to invest in yourself. I deeply respect this, and would only cancel a session under exceptional circumstances, always providing as much notice as possible. As our relationship evolves, we'll better understand each other’s cues and coaching style.
As a professional coach, I adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies, which include confidentiality. The only exception to this is safeguarding concerns, in which case I would discuss the situation with you and agree on next steps together.

I bring a unique combination of systems leadership, passion, curiosity, and lived experience, along with three years as the Place-Based Partnership Race Health Inequalities Programme Lead.
During this period I empowered organisations, individuals, and systems to be bold, determined, and intentional about developing cultural competence. I believe in staying curious and committed to continuous learning in this space.
I co-led the development and implementation of a Culturally Competent Maturity Matrix, working closely with a co-lead and the system to craft a framework that is adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of the community. The Maturity Matrix was a finalist in the NHS Race Health Observatory sponsored HSJ award in 2023.
I facilitate conversations that help raise awareness of this critical business competency, ensuring organisations understand how essential cultural competence is for their success.
As a speaker, I deliver talks that inspire and engage audiences by exploring the real-world challenges and opportunities in diversity and inclusion. My approach meets people where they are, acknowledging the reality and perceptions they face, while guiding them through the journey of growth and transformation
